VentureTech Alliance was formed in March 2001 as a venture investment management company focused on early stage investment in companies in the semiconductor industry and other related technologies (see our portfolio). VentureTech now has two funds totaling $165M under management. VentureTech has a corporate strategic partnership with TSMC.

VentureTech is dedicated to facilitating the growth and success of world-class high technology companies. While VentureTech's major focus is on early stage companies in the fabless semiconductor industry, and other related technologies, our strategic objectives are much broader. VentureTech is looking for companies that have potential long-term synergy and impact in the overall semiconductor market.

VentureTech typically takes an active role in supporting our portfolio companies thereby providing more than just the financial resources of our investments. The experience and wide range of expertise of our team are a critical part of the ongoing support that VentureTech provides. The guidance and contributions that our team offers to companies include a broad array of technical, operational and business management knowledge gained from many years of working experience in both the semiconductor and investment industries. Following our investment in a company, our focus is then to help facilitate our portfolio company’s growth and development.
